will need Adobe Acrobat to view the .pdfs and you will need a viewer
like Window's Media Player to view the video. Included is the video,
and the link to youtube or google video where I found it originally
(Opens in a new window). The videos are on this disk, and you won't
need a connection to the internet to view them. If you need anything
