How should Antimagic affect neutrals? Magic point neutrals, Extension, Stack, and Ambidexterity: whether it does affect them or not is irrelevant because these neutrals depend on the casting of magic to be useful, which is not permitted. This leaves Presence, Visit, Mimic, Lend, Vivify, and Warskill, neutrals that do not rely on casting another spell to be useful. Presence, Visit, and Mimic are neutrals that have an effect over time, while Lend, Vivify, and Warskill are neutrals that occur instantaneously. If Presence and Visit go away -- the bard can be attacked by anyone who could not attack him before. If Mimic goes away, any armor the bard is wearing instantly rates as zero points and any weapons and shields he did not buy as a bard must be dropped immediately. You can't Lend magic while in an Antimagic zone. It doesn't matter whether Lended magic disappears or not in an Antimagic zone because it cannot be cast. Vivify is also an easy one. The wizard carries that extra life wherever he goes until he is shattered. If he finds himself inside an Antimagic zone and he has only the Vivify life left, he becomes shattered, until and unless the Antimagic is removed. In game terms, he is dead and can stay on the field as long as he wants. A shattered player remaining on the field can be Resurrected by healers and Monks can Lend them lives. The wizard merely can't come back till he gets an extra life from elsewhere, his body is removed from the Antimagic zone with Summon Corpse, or the Antimagic is Dispelled. As for Warskill, the magic points are spent and gone when the caster purchases his weapons; they cannot be affected by an Antimagic because they don't exist. To summarize all of this in one rule: "While in an Antimagic area: Presence, Visit, and Lend cannot be used; bards turn back into bards; a wizard with Vivify on his last life is dead but is permanently shattered only if he leaves the area of effect on his own." This resolves all issues with a minimum of arbitrary rules-making.
