These Classes are only allowed for play on the MCS Home Field. Points for Specialty classes will be given as per their base class: i.e. If a member chooses Pikeman, then they will accumulate points for Warrior. Points for Alternate classes will be given as a Monster Class and follow the rules per Monster Class as found the the Amtgard Handbook. Specialty Classes: Peasant Warrior - Pikeman Alternate Classes: Monster - Grand Elf Peasant Peasants are players who do not have appropriate garb for a class but still want to play. You may take credits in peasant but they have no levels, so no advantages are gained from doing so. Garb: None Weapons: Any single non-hinged melee weapon. Armor: None Shield: None Lives: 4 Limitation: Is only played if a player does not have garb and equipment for any other class (or if really desired). Must be played if appropriate garb is not worn. Warrior Specialty - Pikeman (BZ: Mephiston Mystic) Garb: A tunic or armor must be worn ("Peasant Rule" Does not apply to this class). Weapons: 6' or greater Polearm, short weapon. Armor: Up to 2 points, increases at higher levels, Shield: None Initially. Levels: 1st Improve Thrust, Once per Battle. 2nd Repair Polearm once per Life. 3rd Improve Thrust, becomes once per Life. Up to Three points armour may be worn. 4th Improve Weapon, Once per Battle. 5th Armour Piercing Thrust, Once per Battle. May use small shield. 6th Armour Piercing Thrust or Improve Weapon, Once per Life. Notes: 1. Improve Thrust (Blue Ribbon) makes any two handed pierce cause 2 points of Damage. 2. Repair- may fix Polearm only. Requires a 100 count and may only be done on ones own equipment. 3. Improve Weapon (Blue & White Ribbon) make entire Polearm cause 3 points of Damage both with slash and thrust. 4. Armour Piercing (White Ribbon) will pierce any armor and hit the target
